I don't think so, Tusk and Trump are probably the most newsworthy and visually present people in the World right now so there are bound to be loads of GIFs of them. If anyone is offended by them then I personally think they are looking for reason to be offended.

Not sure why the pile on to 'the network', who posts most of the the GIFs on this thread. He posts GIFS that are about all kinds of stuff, some in the past have been pro-trump, anti-Biden etc. Maybe dial down the snowflakery a bit.
