I was reading about a watch today on a jeweller's website, and they referred to the buttons as the "pushers". Oh do fk off.

Have you considered that they may have done that because that is actually what they are called?

Just checked and Rotary call a button a button in their owner's manual, so, the service revolver is in the library should you wish to be a gentleman [for once].

Just checked and Rotary call a button a button in their owner's manual, so, the service revolver is in the library should you wish to be a gentleman [for once].
Both Jaeger LeCoultre and Omega call them pushers so you can stand down now. tongue out

I've also just done that as well.

I looked at the manuals for 3 watches I have; A Bulova, a Casio and a Festina. And all 3 manuals refer to the sticky out things on the side of the case as, wait for it, you guessed it; buttons.

They probably make it easier for owners of those brands, they're all a bit council.
