Wordle - Query re different words on same day

Yeah, it was tough. Probably my second last wordle ever.

I tried starting today's wordle with the word 'slave'.

Apparently that's not a recognised word anymore...

The correct answer was 'woked'.

Ah now you say that it is a word I should have been able to guess, just never used it to date.

I went for a punt with one of two words after row 2 and got 4/5 on row 3, the word was the other one I was thinking of, so it's 4 rows for me but it could have been 3 rows.

Me too - complete fluke as only had one correct letter.

I think I struck out on guess one, one letter on guess twin and no new letters on guess three. Eventually got it on my fourth attempt but that was a punt because I could see nothing else based on what letters I had left.

Really struggled today, scraped home on a 6 for the very first time.

Miss FiF almost in tears yesterday, had been ultra busy the day before and forgot to do it. Broke a great long running streak.

Wordle in 2 today, which was nice. Yes I did work out a word that fitted from what I had in the first row, it wasn't a random guess job.

LOL - tried Sedordle, got all the way through with loads of guesses left, then realised that I hadn't scrolled down to find the other 8 that I hadn't realised were there . Ran out of guesses playing catchup with 1 word to input.

Then found the links on the Sedordle site to dordle, quordle and octordle, so spent the last 30 minutes doing all them!

OH has gone to bed early. LOL
