Oh and that £140k RR fetched £7,250 at Mathewsons last month. I imagine there’s more bodily fluids in those seats than Bonnie Blue after a marathon jizz fest.

Very much out of place!

He's easily mid-thirties and looks like he still points at aeroplanes in the sky.
I still do that, I'm 36, I also have ADSB on my phone. I've been doing it more since my 2.5 year old son started pointing them out.
Noisy exhausts. In a nearby street and definitely not a council area a new driver fitted a noisy exhaust to his ancient Yaris and the thing that makes a lot of popping and banging on the overrun.
When I was first told about this my thoughts were "he's a new driver, revelling in his new found interest and freedom, leave him be". Until I heard it. Horrendous noise. He ignored all request to quieten it down.
One of the neighbours told me about the spray foam "cure". I suggested an extension to the tube so the expanding foam could be got as far up the pipe as possible so as to leave no visual indication it was in there.
Apparently it took some time and money to track down the problem. Outcome was standard exhaust fitted, no more excessive noise, lesson learnt.

Advocating criminal activity to solve a problem- definitely council. When I was first told about this my thoughts were "he's a new driver, revelling in his new found interest and freedom, leave him be". Until I heard it. Horrendous noise. He ignored all request to quieten it down.

I don’t mind a nice sounding exhaust that enhances the vehicle’s performance. But these silencer delete/removal bodge jobs just sound loud and give no gain other than noise. When I was first told about this my thoughts were "he's a new driver, revelling in his new found interest and freedom, leave him be". So, no. I don’t care if Princess ASBO gets payback from his neighbours.

Having done some motorway work (#OTSOT) in the last couple of day's, I'd like to nominate the mk1 Audi Q7 as the ultimate council mobile. They never fail to be driven by anyone other than a complete skin chimney now.
Am I council that I had to look up the meaning of the slang phrase skin chimney?Almost wish I hadn’t now!

This ^ . Round here it's a cacophony of dirt bikes being razzed up and down the main road at Vmax, non-performance bikes with the exhausts completely removed (or so it sounds) as they can be heard all the way to the next town 4 miles away, and council types in their chavved up turbo'd sSo, no. I don’t care if Princess ASBO gets payback from his neighbours.

Given how loud the (non)exhausts are and how far they can be heard when they are razzing around at 1am, that's a LOT of very pissed off people and I applaud anyone with the balls to "disable" their vehicle by whatever means they feel appropriate as they are doing God's work for the rest of us who have to suffer it. The short version is : don't be a nob and then you won't have to worry about repercussions when you piss-off a large bunch of people.
