Netweather has us (south Oxfordshire) getting snow from Sunday night, all through Monday into the early hours of Tuesday…
… all aboard!
BBC weather has sleet/light rain for us in central Bucks, but Netweather says similar to you. Last time BBC weather predicted light rain, we got a few inches of snow. Buckle up!

And yet if one checks for specific areas within that yellow blanket, from Derby down to Bicester, it just gives decent weather until Sunday with some early morning sleet then rain. It mentions a possibility of snow but with low confidence in the written summary for each area. The met is always so contradictory.
