The bad news is I'm the weight I was back in Feb.

The good news is I'm the weight I was back in Feb after an almighty meltdown that I've managed to unwind somewhat. The better news is I've lost 9kg+, some of that two or three times this year already banghead

My wiki entry wiki shows 0kg, and it's 10kg to go which is what I need to focus on. 5kg from 100kg and seeing some of you guys reach that milestone is spurring me on.

Away for the weekend so weighing a day early (and was the same weight as yesterday which was a bit annoying!).

Still some incredible results folks. I've seen a drop this week 0.7kg to get back within my 10kg-to-target zone.

I've come to realise that I can get down to 105kg easily enough with just some small tweaks to lifestyle (I can also shoot up to 110kg+ in the blink of an eye). Getting under 105kg and hopefully one day to 95kg takes a bit more effort. I'm a whole chunk lighter than after Christmas, but the same weight goes on and off over and over.

It was the end of the rowing (machine) season last month and I crept over 2 million metres for the year.

Woot! 103.4kg which is the lowest I've been this year. 10kg+ for the year (again!), but my head is currently in a good place (again!). I was 101.something back in October so that's the next goal. I haven't been under 100kg for a couple of years and think 2019 (on the thread - again!) got down to 95kg which is where I'd like to be. Wiki for me is the 'last' 10kg rather the up-and-down which has become far too normal - need to change something!

I started the year well, had a mini deviation, lost a bit, had a major deviation and have lost it again. Easy to get disheartened but we're all capable of losing weight even if takes a few fresh starts. Slimming world style for me with lots of rowing machine and a meltdown treat day once a week.

I see weight watchers in America are struggling financially now the jabs have become so popular.

Some decent updates recently, and a good week for me. I try and row 10k 6 times a week, although I've been short of that recently. Last week I had 4 days straight with no rowing and my weight dipped as my body stopped retaining so much water (or whatever it does). I knew this week I'd have to eat well if I was back on the rowing machine and wanted to maintain that or drop more - I've also really got the itch to join a water rowing club so may explore that.

I'm 7.3kg from my target of 95kg. Slimming world style and lots of exercise but a rule-free treat day Friday. Don't tell my head but I'm also 11.8kg lighter than when I got back after a Christmas break - some of it I've lost 2 or 3 times over this year! banghead The road from 105kg to 95kg is my focus.
