How long till the £20k Evora?
Discussion
Bit of an update for the start of the week.
The market seems to be coming back to life, maybe spurred by the relaxing of lockdown, maybe people shifting cars ahead of the 131 arrival. I am now tracking over double the number of active adverts I was a month ago. Will Blackham has brought a couple of great cars to market, and a number of others have emerged. These range from the very optimistic £35,995 for a quartz silver at Parkway Specialist cars, to a more reasonable £27,995 red example at Driven CC.
(I was very close to pulling the trigger on the blue one Will has, but a buyer dropped out on the car I'm selling. )

Interesting, that's a great sign for us potential buyers. The market seems to be coming back to life, maybe spurred by the relaxing of lockdown, maybe people shifting cars ahead of the 131 arrival. From my naked eye it feels like there's even less on the market right now, but let's see how it plays out.

Rather selfishly I hope you don't buy one soon, so that your analysis on this thread may continue on.
When I get out of the game I will ensure to publish the latest data set so that it's available and anyone is welcome to pick it up and continue. What's frustrating about this is that, if they so wished, Pistonheads or Autotrader or indeed a third pary could be aggregating this kind of data on a bulk basis and publishing all sorts of useful data-driven insight on market trends... How cool would it be if you could look at market history trends for a particular car model over years worth of data for any car? It's just a bit of coding time and some natural language processing. TBH nothing out of the ordinary for web development these days. I guess what we're seeing though is that poor information for the buying public serves someone well. :/ EIther that or it's being worked on somewhere and someone will make a fortune off of monetising it.

I suspect that people like autotrader do the analysis, use it themselves and also monetise it, just not to the public!
Dont autotrader already let you know whether a car is above or below average?See the barometer on the right

I'm actually very surprised that car is still on the market. Looks like a bargain to me at that price from a trusted seller
I know someone who has seen it, and said it isn’t in the greatest overall condition. Maybe that’s why it’s still around, who knows. Sometimes it’s just about the right buyer turning up.Nice unique colour:

I would say overpriced, but who even knows at this point.
I wonder if by "sport racer wrap" the owner means literally a wrap or painted from factory.
