The only notable thing about Cornet was his Lambo Huracan (camo wrapped), which puts him in a small club of Lambo driving WH players (SUV's ignored (unless LM002)).

I think that everything in there is what we have known for years but it's nice to see it being acknowledged and put out to a wider audience.

I could be wrong, but didn't his agent throw an 8 figure number in for his fee right at the end of the process that scuppered it?

A good read but yes sums up the medias complete misunderstanding of the Moyes issues.

When he ran down his contract he had left a legacy of an ageing team, with no defensive cohesion at all. Far flung from the team that won the CL. Moyes took the good team he created and let it go, and we are left with managers trying to pick up the pieces.

Thank you Moyes for winning the trophy, but you have a lot to answer for in terms of allowing the team to rot after that.
