the night sky will be totally black apart from the moon if it is still there...

I think that most of the milky way should still be around, it's only stuff that isn't gravitationally locked that is expanding apart??

Maybe even the cluster of galaxies we are in will still be visible??

I have no idea what i'm talking about...

The Universe will continue to expand due to dark energy – when dark energy can’t sustain the expansion, the Universe will reverse and start to shrink as gravity will overcome the force of dark energy as it recedes, so it will shrink faster and faster until it condenses so much that it can’t hold the energy anymore and then we get another ‘big bang’.

The conservation of energy and all that.
