Gloves?

Has anyone got any recommendations for water (oil) proof gloves that you can actually do some dexterous work with? I’ve only managed to find gloves that offer some very slight water resistance (a thing coating on the fingers/palm) or full on thick rubber ones that are like trying to thread a needle with a welly on each hand.

Have reverted to disposable gloves for wet work, and some thick ones for other work, but would like a 2 in 1?

Are you trying to keep your hands warm or just keep oil off.
If it's just to keep them clean you can't beat Nytril gloves like these: linky
