vw rear fog relay wiring

Does anyone know if it is possible to use a VW 151 relay to be able to get the rear fogs to turn off with the ignition and then not come on again next day unless I turn them off at the switch and then on again?
I'm fitting rear fogs to a car that doesn't have them so it's no more work to fit one of these now. so I thought it may be a good idea to make a job of it.
The terminal labels are nsl anh 83b. 83b I'm OK with but I have no idea what the other 2 terminals connect to.
