I've just finished "The end of the world running club" by Adrian J Walker. An interesting tale, Earth has been struck by many asteroids and things aren't looking good, the main character gets split from his family and has to get from Edinburgh to the south coast to find them. Not bad, though I did think it fizzled out a bit towards the end.
In line with two of the above (failure is not an option & the end of the world running club) - I blitzed through :
Assuming all verbatim - astonishing.
I heard Chris Evans talk about this on his show a while back and found it on my kindle.
(apols if mentioned on before -not a regular on this thread)

Goggins is nuts, [he's got his own book too iirc] and there's a great interview with Itzler on Joe Rogan about it all that had me in stitches. Assuming all verbatim - astonishing.

I had a look at reviews and there were some suggestions that Goggins' book might be better from a training point of view. Any thoughts? Assuming all verbatim - astonishing.

It read well to me that way.
As for a ‘training’ point of view. No idea- totally not applicable to me
I just enjoyed the read, hence post.
