I'd think you would do well to show the "fan experience" for those who would be keen to travel to an F1 race weekend themselves. Sounds like a great idea and to do every GP in a year is a real Bucket List thing to do....
Not to piss on your bonfire though, If your Recording stuff to put on You Tube, I would be very carefull what your allowed to show of the car's etc, as I'm sure F1 Corporation and the venues will have very strict regulations on usage.... you don't want to spend the whole of Oz recording stuff, putting it on YT and then having F1 Corp telling you to take it down.... might leave a hole in the coverage...
Would be very interested though if you focused on the logistics of the whole thing!!!! ie Tickets, routes, timmings, hotels, camping etc etc etc

some things I'd like to know would be more of a travel guide type thing for each stadium:
- easiest way to get to the track? whats the options- public transport? organised shuttle buses from the nearest town/ city? drive/ park at the track? how long does it take?
- whats the best options for seating at the track? quick show round of the views from different areas? eg main grandstand is good, you see some action and big screens etc...... but slow access in/out of the track. what gives best value for money?
- what sort of facilities are actually there for general admission? is there reasonable food stalls? can you get a beer for under £10 a go? can you take your own stuff in?

To be honest i am with the majority here on you making it with the main eye being on the fan experience.

I love that you are doing the Paddock Club on the Thursday - do detail that as that is what the 'real' fan is likely to one day get, not the full 3/4 days that only those with the fatest of wallets or work for sponsors will ever really see.
Bottom line i can find you any number of bits and bobs on what it is like in the paddock, in the BRDC, in places that most can't get - all you need to do is to look at Youtube or the TV. On the other hand a 30 minute vid on the cost of flights to Budapest, the best way to get to the track, the best GE seats/spaces you can reasonably find, etc would certainly be interesting and different and far more useful and of interest value. Also what you can get to and enjoy when you are not at the track.

I'd echo all of the above in fact I would go so far as to to say the travel/fan side of the experience is likely the only thing you will get away with publishing on YouTube without the F1 powers that be having your videos removed for rights infringements.
Also if you don't have any experience of vlogging and producing and editing videos definitely get practicing now and think about investing in some decent kit if you don't have it already. I wouldn't bother trying to get footage of the race itself, what you could hope to capture from the stands with a small camera wouldn't be worth the effort or the copyright issues.
It's vital you get decent sound, the best way to do that if you are on your own is with a recorder and Lavalier mic like this

Paul's Trip Reports (although he recently renamed it Wingin' It for some misguided reason) is good as an example of v-blogging about the journey itself, if a little long winded sometimes. He covers planes, trains, and the airports/stations he visits on the way, often travelling First Class but not always; he sometimes talks about the destinations when he gets there.

As sad as it is, I quite enjoyed that...mainly because I used to travel between Amersham and Moor Park every day (using the "hidden" entrance twice a day) for school. I can't speak for F1 but in the FIA WEC the support races manage their own media rights and I don't see why F1 would be any different. I would say that whilst F1 will likely shut you down if you use unauthorised footage of F1 the support races are unlikely to care but I would check and find out if they are run by a separate entity to F1.

If you look at LeMans, there's an abundance of 'fan-based' content, the king of which is (or sadly 'was') Beermountain that provided honest advice that wasn't available to the same depth and honesty via official channels. Can't say that I've found anything similar for F1.
Ted Kravitz used to do a Travel Guide thing on Sky which was quite good. Worth hunting a few of these down as it strikes me this is the sort of thing that you are perhaps aiming for.

Generally speaking, as long as you film from public spaces and do not include footage of the racing or cars then you should be fine. Liberty seem to be more benevolent on third-party publishing than CVC/Bernie was but there will be a limit. Where it changes is when it ceases to be a hobby or passion project and becomes a living. At that point, you are in the realm of 'commercial gain' and may well be subject to greater scrutiny.Good luck.
I think its a great idea. Obviously TV coverage of the race is very good these days, so for me I would want to be seeing places to stay, restaurants and bars in the vicinity but mostly what else there is to make a holiday out of going to the race.
For example, Suzuka. I've always wanted to go to Japan, but I know very little about it other than Tokyo. I'd be interested to know how best to get there, what else there is in Suzuka to see and do, what the local food is like, are the locals friendly, is there an underground car scene nearby, that sort of thing.
For the race itself, how you booked you ticket, how you chose where to sit, should you bring a poncho or suncream (or both) and what you thought of the experience. Would make a good bookend for the race coverage on TV.

Might I suggest chatting to fans at the stadiums and, perhaps, chatting to locals, say in restaurants and pubs. Give an overview of the experience. See what takes your fancy as this is what is likely to interest those, like me, who can only dream of such an experience.
