It looks like something an A-Level marketing student might knock up in an attempt to look fancy. It doesn't even appear to have been proofread properly. What a shambles of a company.

Have you seen the trade PDF that's buried on their website ( here)?

That looks like a Powerpoint presentation that that has been saved as a PDF.It looks like something an A-Level marketing student might knock up in an attempt to look fancy. It doesn't even appear to have been proofread properly. What a shambles of a company.
It baffled me that the PDF makes a big deal of it being manufactured in Austria, using the best spring water in the world (or summat) ,yet they use the union flag on their labeling and marketing.

Their entire message seems amateurish. The marketing approach seems to be "let's say it's premium and then it will be" without any thought of the nuances of market, or how to engage with that market. Unless the market is easily led idiots. In which case they may well have nailed it It baffled me that the PDF makes a big deal of it being manufactured in Austria, using the best spring water in the world (or summat) ,yet they use the union flag on their labeling and marketing.

Usually, however, there's a marketing department whose job it is to create a public-facing message. That seems absent here.
It is almost as if the customer is not in fact you or I, but instead the sort of people who will indeed accept this message as meaningful and smart. The sort of people who might want to break into the energy drinks market, have money to do so, and who might be willing to invest in a challenger brand.
If that were the case, of course, it would mean that the objective has never been to sell drinks; in fact, the public would simply be supporting characters in a cast designed solely to separate investors from their money.
You might think that; I couldn't possibly comment.

I’ll give it to the pound shop ZZ Top tribute, he really knows how to get column inches.Depending on the price, I’d probably buy that book.
(unless of course he prints several million covers with nothing but blank pages between them).

I don't think it's "official" in any way. Domain is registered directly to one of the authors, and they both did some good coverage of the whole fiasco for Jalopnik back in 2019. https://jalopnik.com/what-you-find-when-you-look-i...Depending on the price, I’d probably buy that book.

...and if Beardy was directly involved he'd have plastered the stupid logo everywhere.

Holy thread resurrection . ..... !!
I see that Mr Energy is still using the same Whyte Bikes logo in British Superbikes now. What was the end result of the last debacle ??
Did they actually go to court over the trademark ?
