Now that the video is out it is going to interesting how the Sky team present it, they very rarely say anything against the FIA, something to do with biting the hand that feeds you.
The FIA don't give out the paddock passes. They can say what they want and should.
Which video, I've lost track. hehe

Absolutely spot on Karun!!

Except the radius should resemble T4 and not be "easing" the opponent five car widths off the track and bouncing through the back alleys of the favelas...

It's T4 not the Parabolica.!

What a load of twaddle.

Max "easing" Lewis wide is like calling Mike Tyson a persuasive lover. He was about as delicate.

Damon Hills comments while on the golf course are cringeworthy and he looks very awkward saying what he does. It almost looks like he (along with other sky broadcasters) has been told to toe a party line. Tonight's show with Brundles son was another that made it all sound acceptable and normal to be racing 5 car widths off the circuit

The podcast with Natalie Pinkham and Tom Clarkson also sounds dodgy the way they talk about.

Jolyon Palmer seems be the exception...maybe his contract won't be renewed for next year !!!

What did Damon say? If there's anyone you think would have something to say about crash defense moves its him.

I thought that in the past Brundle mostly said what he was thinking but over the last couple of years he never says anything controversial, Ted Cravitz has the occasional pop, but mostly none of them bit the hand that feeds them.

Most commentators are like this, the worst is MotoGP where saps like Emmett never ever say anything remotely bad about Dorna, basically as they are in their employ, it is truly sad that pundits have to toe the line, I think Brunders still feels strongly enough about certain things to speak out, as do other commentators but only about safe stuff like track limits, things that are obviously open to debate, not driving standards so much or track safety.

Weekend debrief.

It was an appalling brush it under the carpet debrief. I expected better from Alex, Will is a waste of space.

I disagree. I think Damon is clearly saying that he thinks a penalty was deserved but then he outlines some arguments for why you might not want to issue a penalty. it's a pretty even handed and reasonable analysis of the whole situation. I think his intelligence and eloquence is needed more often on Sky F1 It surpasses Di Resta (so does my dog), Herbert and Button. If they used Anthony Davidson and Damon Hill more it would be much more watchable.

As an aside Will Buxton is a creepy weirdo who proudly announces that he's wept over the John Lewis Christmas advert as if that's an attractive quality and not the sure fire indicator of a fking melt.

He seems like a very nice bloke, I met him in the 90s but he has no charisma compared to this guy. I do agree his analysis is much better than the others but then that's not hard.

Like all of the Christmas adverts this year it is rubbish, I cannot understand why it would bring him to tears or any TV advert would, maybe excluding charities.

Mershedes and/or Lewis must have really pi88ed off PDR. He is sooo biased. Max is a racing god and Mershedes need to be pegged back as much as possible.

Yes, Di Resta is totally unsuited for the job. Plainly biased, completely inarticulate, and easily flustered when they talk into his earpiece. I can't understand how he, along with the terrible yelling Croft, keep their jobs.
