What do we think Mercedes will do this weekend? Some speculation that it will back-to-back the original and zero side pods in practice, that would be quite a thing.

Also, Twitter says that the updated Aston Martin will go to Stroll not Vettel in Spain- that cannot be true!

Cry and stamp their feet because Masi might be coming back and petulent child will wear 5 watches and complain about his tyres.

I don't think Max needs Masi for a leg-up this year does he? Fastest car, and not getting flustered as LH and MB are well off the pace... (although that could be down to the weight of the jewelry)

In terms of car Monaco should suit Ferrari far more than RB. I desperately hope it's a Ferrari win!

All the Monaco chatter on this thread. Anyone interested in the Spanish GP?

(A lot to ask I know..)

I'm intrigued about the various updates the teams are bringing and whether this shakes up the order, but I don't think the race itself would be much to write home about.

Interesting RB/Merc comparison

Really shows the funky RB front suspension and how much floor the Mercedes has (flapping about)

Agreed, the Catalunya circuit is dire and almost always results in a snore-fest. Also, anyone tempted to go, don't. The facilities are crap and it's in the middle of nowhere.

It's going to be a toss up between Miami and Catalunya for the most boring race.

Monaco will beat that one by miles.

Miami featured the second-highest number of overtakes of the season so far. The TV directors, in their clamour to show us how shiny and important all the hangers-on were, missed more than one decent battle on track.

Remember that we are visiting the newly modified Circuit de Catalunya for only the second time. Maybe it won't be as bad as we all remember.

And with now with new cars too. There is no reason we couldn't see a noticeable change in character as a result.

There has been talk from the circuit owners that the last chicane may also disappear next year. Thank god.

I am hoping they will be able to follow very closely out of the chicane and so onto the main straight, which should give us some overtakes....

It looks like all they have done is to extend the run-off at turn 10.

Reminds me of the BAR 01 with it's original dual livery!
