I'm either too young or too old then!

Not related, but also not worth it’s own thread… but Lando Norris is signing in this ad (briefly) about the 1 min mark.

https://youtu.be/DOaUcJIxX9k

Just caught it on a US stream of the NFL, and some pretty big names from US ‘youth’ culture included.

I feel Lando is one of the young, very commercially aware drivers. And yes - that ad must have cost an absolute fortune.

(I've edited the author's on-screen name as it's a word that many would no longer be comfortable with.)

Lando was the only person I recognised. I think that means I'm not in their demographic!!

I recognised four of them and I’m definitely not in their demographic!

Indeed. 1,100 follows vs 1.7m and a blue tick!

Great interview here with Nyck De Vries and impressive guy hope does well for Alpha Tauri next year.
Jumping in as team leader in your first season is a big asksounds like he is more than ready to carry this off.

Mateschitz (Red Bull) death just announced publically.
Wonder what the future hold long term for RB? Can’t see any immediate changes occurring.

I'd be surprised if there's even a blip. The F1 team are pretty much self sufficient given the two sponsor deals they signed last year cover them fully for the budget cap.

We don’t really know the structure beneath Mateschitz.

There could be a load of people underneath who think F1 was his folly and they should get out asap.

I think it’s unlikely, but i would also think that having two teams may be seen as unnecessary and they should cash one out (Alpha Tauri) whilst the value is high.

Andretti would snap it up in a heartbeat.

AT/TR have been 'for sale' for a long time, just waiting on the right buyer and the right price. Andretti might be interested but if they were wouldn't they have made their interest known by now? AT are one of only three teams not based in the UK.

Latifi rumoured to be going to Ganassi next year. Says something about Indycar/Ganassi who already have a pay driver.

As with Haas I think he would have taken over them by now but Hinwill topped the list, Haas is a "funny dude" and we don't know how far talks with AT/STR went.
