Hadjar clearly following the Verstappen book of how to make your team love you. hehe
Is he whining like a proper bellend again?
He lost a second or two with a slow stop, and immediately said “that was st” on the radio.
Such an unlikable clown, hopefully he disappears.

Unlucky for Aron, having a problem on the last lap. Antonelli lucky there wasn’t a yellow flag on the Kemmel Straight as he went past Durksen.

Did Aron run out of fuel maybe?

Given that they ran five laps behind the safety car, that’s one hell of a fuelling error if he did run out.

Given the amount of safety car laps over the whole weekend they could be forgiven for anticipating more!

Given the bumper cars that were the F3 and F2 races, what will the Porsches do around Spa?

I predict half the race behind the safety car, having got every other prediction wrong today, so hopefully it will be a clean 12 laps.

Pure desperation, like the other dutchman.
The last couple of laps with TV and King were great racing, neither of them giving an inch, but there was only one space left on the podium and King took it by a car’s length.

Yes, enjoyed that - one of the best Porsche races for a long time, on a sublime circuit

On the F2 race I noticed that one of the cars (orange one, can't remember who I'm afraid) had a very different rear wing than the other cars.
I thought they were all the same, or can you change rear wings? It was a bit odd that there only seemed to be one car in the field that had this.
I've certainly never noticed this before.

Yes I noticed it too, Dennis Hauger’s car. It’s apparently a low-downforce wing we’ll probably see everyone using at Monza, but it comes as part of the F2 car package and is free to use by the teams.

Surprised that one team, and one team only, decided to use it, given that everyone has the same simulation tools. I guess he was faster in the first sector and slower in the middle sector.

I ask the question again is Bearman really worth the f1 drive next year. yes his 1 off drive was good but the merc and the mclaren were not the cars they are now. The ferrari was probably a clear number 2 car.

Yes he clearly is.

Good luck to any of the F2 drivers that get a crack in the big show. He’ll need it at HAAS, although perhaps the team is showing signs of sorting its st out. Ocon will be a good reference.

Hadjaar is extremely unlikeable. Has done absolutely nothing of note during his karting or junior formula and an average season last year…. Has the team nailed it this year or has he miraculously found some pace?

Of all the teams, Campos appears to have got a handle on the new cars better than most.

Hadjar is driving well and does appear to be a bit of an arse.

I watch a few races now and again. Hadjar has that quality you used to get in an F1 driver.
Anyone up and coming now is usually a carefully crafted persona that says all the right things.
Does this year not indicate a more accurate picture of driver performance.
Surely all the first time title winners had just jumped into the best setup car and team previously.
