The tension is getting too much for me.
“Are we there yet?”

I can now confirm that our next Sunday Service will be on 31st March at Abarth HQ in Slough! Its Abarth's 70th birthday, so we want to go along and celebrate with them smile

Sign up and full details will go live on 13th March.

This year we're thinking of announcing each SS as it is confirmed; this is because last year we had a lot of cancellations and it got annoying (to you and us) with the constant back and forth without 100% knowing whats going on. Announcing them as they are confirmed alleviates the annoyance (hopefully).

Silverstone - unfortunately that's a no go for PH this year frown Aston Martin is now using the circuit as the home of their testing, which means other areas have been squeezed a bit and we can't have our track days there. We have other track days planned for the year though, so keep your eyes peeled!

I believe it's also a Ferrari HQ, opposite the old Citroen Head Office on the trading estate.

Superb! It would be rude not to attend owning an Abarth.

Speeding on the access road.

"Please behave yourselves and leave sensibly" is too difficult to understand for some.

Always the way a few ruin it for everyone else. Shame about Silverstone as was one of my favourites personally. But interested to see what other trackdays / venues are on the calendar this year

Personally prefer far more notice so I can get my diary sorted.

An annual list with cancellations and/or updates is better than not being able to plan ahead.

Sounds to me more like organisation is not as good as it used to be. Never used to have many cancellations and we always got a really good early year notice of planned Sunday Services with the list growing as the year progressed.

If I had known 2 weeks ago on Abarth I would have been able to go!

C'mon. Please get better organised so we can also and make the Sunday Services a success!

Just my opinion. Thanks

Heads up that the proposed date for Abarth is on Mothering Sunday, might be worth mentioning it in the release??

Thanks for your input everyone! Maybe we'll put together something rough then.

Although the previous cancellations and last minute events are not a lack of organisation on our end - many venues were cancelling due to lack of budget or resource and there is simply nothing we can do if this happens. We can have back up venues in mind when this happens (which we do), but asking a venue to be our backup event is a no go.

I guess this is the price we have to pay for a free event, we have to abide by what the venue says!
