I bought my (PH Discounted) ticket last night before I realised I had to add myself to the Sunday service list. I'm currently number 161 and not guaranteed a parking place. Yep - I have a ticket but nowhere to park.

Organisers - any ideas please? confused

I think you can still park in the public car park.

Seeing that some people have tickets but are not on the list to park at the venue
You may be able to find some “local parking” at Bicester north train station
Bit of a walk, but plenty of spaces on a Sunday

Anyone selling any tickets? A mate wants to join us as a passenger but apparently the site is closed now

I've made it into the 150 cut off... hoping to get the pass before hand.

Just remember to dress warm people. It is an airfield so gets very cold in January...

Unfortunately if you've bought a ticket but haven't put yourself on the PH list, you won't be able to join us in our club parking but there should be normal public parking available.

Tickets are no longer on sale, so if you're on our list but don't have a ticket then I'm afraid you won't be allowed entry! I did say be quick... biggrin

Finally, if you are in the 150 and do have a ticket, but haven't received the email from me, please can you send me an email and I will send it over at some point this afternoon.

Thanks and see you all tomorrow smile

Shame the Event guys. Any move your tent pegs a bit, it’s “only” 15 extra cars on the list, but I Guess that has all sorts of knock on problems!

Looks like I will be in the back fields 😂😂

How to email you? You haven't got email me on your profile
Still haven't got an email yet I'm on the list - and have posted about not having an email yet...

I'm going to turn up, will just have to rely on my PH sticker. My friend with his Sagaris has decided not to bring it due to this. He doesn't want to risk it in public parking...

For anyone not been before public parking is directly opposite the pistonheads so no need to stress about this, and last year it had plenty of interesting cars in it too, so still worth a walk around.
Looking forward to it tomorrow.

As far as I recall the public parking is no different to the club parking - only difference being you get to park together.

ENTRANCE AND PARKING

Unfortunately Bicester still haven't told us where we're parking tomorrow or where to enter from – so we will just have to assume we'll be in a similar position to last year.

So based on pure assumption – the main gate will NOT be in use and entry will likely be from the west gate or south gate. Our parking area was on the outside of the test track near the airfield as indicated by the black area in the image below so head for this rough area and look for PistonHeads flags!

We'll post an update on here as soon as we arrive tomorrow but for now, this is the best we've got.
