Brilliant stuff.

My first car was a (blue) beetle and like his, was N reg, £1500 and scrapped about 9 months after I got it I went to school with that Chelsea set, my gf (now wife) had a 1.3 metro and her bff had the exact same 2CV.

So that, together with the impossibly 90's Mansell clip above (how young does he look!!) have been an enjoyable wave of nostalgia this morning.

I mean if there are any vehicles in the USA that need to be bullet-proof it's my city of Chicago (lady in my building had her dog killed when she was shot at on the highway last year), but had no idea they get out-fitted Police cars with ballistic panels:

As an aside it is amazing how old fashioned the whole plant looks. Modern plants seem to have far fewer people on the assembly line.
