The Passat MOT history from 2016 states some sort of front end collision damage as an advisory!

You'd have to be absolutely certifiable to pay those prices for the Golf or Passat. I'd say there's an errant '5' at the beginning of the price for that Passat but even £990 is strong money for a car that was entirely unremarkable.

The mind boggles.

Speaking of Golfs - 11 thousand mile auto VR6 seems a bit strong to me at £10k.

It's a good looking thing, no doubt, but paying all that for a sluggish 20+ year old auto box seems a bit of an acquired taste.



But at least it does have some, albeit slim, collector appeal to someone for the low mileage. Then there's this '88 1.8 GL auto for only a few quid less. 72k on the clock and still £9.5k! But it has GTI trim though, so that's okay.

I know loads have been rusted, crashed, and abused into oblivion and they're fairly rare now...but nearly ten grand for a pedestrian automatic hatchback?

Both those Golfs are way ambitious on the pricing, they are not in the least bit desirable. GL for the win though, it is such a mash up, all wrong.

I like an R34 Skyline a whole bunch, but £150k for this one can sod right off. I guess that's the premium for so many of the others having been modified into oblivion.
