Obviously not in anyway a legal numberplate and just something someone has made up, but how do they get away with it?
Only other explanation I can think of is that it's a foreign regS3LF

on a British style plate because the original got lost .

I don't understand the big deal in owning a plate that says Guii Sea...smithyithy said:
