Spotted today on the M5, driving so no picture, red Elise:

TC 05 LOW

No problem there, right? Wrong. Spaced as TC0 5LOW, with a large screw cap placed in the 'C' to try to make 'TOO SLOW'. Seriously? WTF are these cretins on?

Not quite, nowhere near enough "what a fking prick etc etcs" and unfortunately you also haven't claimed in true PH fashion how you'd tell him to his face if he was in a bar, walking down the street or if you encountered him at a petrol station....
Mind you if he is indeed 78, maybe one of the PH heroes might be brave enough.
