That wasn't the registration number, that was the vehicle make and model as it is on the MOT history checker.

I wish I'd just been bold and pulled in to get a photo now, I drove past it twice, but both times there was a guy next to it on the phone so thought it might have been rather inappropriate. nono

The closest image I can find online is this, but with indicators and a rear number plate! eek

Not me, but my Mum and Dad saw 333N yesterday, which is an SF90 Stradale. Hollingsworth Lake, Rochdale.

Unusual to see a TVR in a BCA site.

The battery on a Tuscan is just behind the passenger side front wheel and that looks like a battery charger next to it!

You would be correct!

Luckily it wasn't one of my jobs.

The Silver Cloud just gets better looking as time goes on. What a lovely elegant motor.

Probably no bigger than most family SUVs these days, either.

Thought it was a Shadow. Only got a very quick look. Changed it now.

Thank you.

It was beautiful. Just seemed to float down the road. No noise. No shouty look at me. Just, as you say, elegant.

Cars can stay idle at car auction sites for several weeks, so battery charger packs are dotted around everywhere just in case. It doesn't necessarily mean this is one is being used specifically on the TVR or the BMW next to it.

Side from the fact the wheel is turned for access and you can see the cable going up to the battery you mean? wink

Big deal so an old car which has probably been hanging around and shunted about numerous times needed a battery pack to start.

Cars as young as 2 years which have been standing around often need battery packs.

A non event.

I'm not sure anyone was making an "event" out of it. Just an observation.

Curious choice of hill to die on today.

Nobody made an event out of it, but thanks for the input.
