I think it is. Unsure how official they are as I've not seen any like that before. But with the H for historic on the end of the plate I assume it is German.SU obviously stands for Rhein Sieg Kreis because SiegbUrg is the town and it has an S and a U in it...

Wow...a proper rarity.My dad had a cooking version - 1.8GLS I think - back when I was a kid. Surprisingly big inside, and don't think my dad had any problems with it.
