6C 1500 (1927–1929) Alfa looks basic but is a true 20s sportscar. This blackie is one of 3.000.

Restoring this to new would be a sin.

Legendary Sam van Lingen workshop is a true timecapsule. Famous Nord magician brother Fred is still serving the Dutch Alfa Romeo community excellent tuned engines. Love to wander around here.

Hustling the new Kia ProCeed around (summer 2019) and dropping by at Alfa legend Rik Zuurbier's outfit.

You gotta love the period Alfa Rome wheels...

A day out with Cor Millenaar Mercedes-Benz (Aalsmeer) clients:

230SL auto looks a peach. Cor trusted me with the dark blue 500SL.

190SL (on Webers) and drop dead gorgeous 300SL Roadster on wires.

Super trio! Rudge on a Roadster!

From 2017-2019 I was lead-editor for a few car magazines.
Every now and then I do a reportage.

In my eye the 912 stands as the best looking 911-shape.

Perfect. And with a 90 brake Solex fed 1.6 a great runner.

Most probably the most underestimated youngtimer so far:

Lexus LS400 from the early 90s.

In my view this tops a period Mercedes-Benz S-Class

A good morning out with the 'new' Alpine A110:

Upgraded Pure to 18" Fuchs, better brakes, 16 mm drop and 30% stiffer Life110 Ohlins. Looks great in dark blue.

Outing with 5 of 'em.

Great lines here and there.

When everything electric works an Aston Martin Lagonda is a thing of beauty and joy. Really a 2+2 with vast luggage space.

IMO Tadek Marek 5.3 litre V8 is the equivalent of today's AMG 6.3

Rally spec Alfa Romeo Giulietta 1300 (now 1600). Start of a Dawn Raid with 25-ish Alfa and Porsche fans. Unfortunately half way the Alfa had to let us go.
