Lovely dinkel, thanks for posting. Is it a genuine RS? I like the C4 Lightweight-style headlight surrounds too

RS tribute. It's lighter and quicker and an absolute riot on fire.

More Porsche Treffen:

What is not to like about a Porsche 356?

Or IMO even better: a G Model 911?

Porsche 914 will always be a marmite car. I consider a 914 as a better driving 356 / 912: more balanced, more agile and low center of gravity.

May I throw in this lovely SLC:

How much I love an R107 the Coupe version catches my drift. In my eye this is the sensible equivalent to a Longchamp or XJ classic.

Green velours and everything period: I'm a sucker big time!

Another nice little crop there Dink wink

I've just bought the Revell 1/16th 356 kit, I'm tempted to paint it a dark shade, just like this one.

I prefer lighter colours on cars that look drop dead gorgeous.

Last bit on that Dawn Raid:

Cosy and warm Panamera, reasonable cosy and warm Targa, stone cold 964 RS tribute!

The outsiders: mate in S-class (brought his wife!) and yours truly in the 2 litre.

Classic Wings & Wheels 2019: this is what a TVR used to be. A lightweight SWB and spartan road car.

More British beef. A V8 and a straight 6 Jensen.

The original road racer in full spec and equipped with a Teddy Bear.

This pack looks like a regular Porsche Boxster trio...

But this one has a 3.8 shoe horned in... Making it a better handling car than a period 911.

The older 2.5 car is a gem and a reason to look closely to a possibility to daily drive a sports car. The new turbo Boxster I drove in GTS and T spec and I love it to bits.

Quick selection from yesterdays Mercedes-Benz shoot:

Mercedes AMG GT Roadster at the NDSM-plein, Amsterdam

Mercedes-Benz 450 SLC lost in the Amsterdam harbour area.

Mercedes-Benz G300 TD Extreme a few moments after a keen invitation to tango on a soon-to-be parking space.

This Mercedes-Benz SL 55 AMG by Kleemann is a monster cruiser with a Kompressor mated to the 5.5 liter V8: 630 hp / 900 Nm.

This is an unreal car. SL 55 by Kleemann ticks all the boxes and has the power to beat everything and everyone who dares to challenge you on an open road.

1980 Mercedes-Benz SLC450 office. It does not go quick but behind the wheel you just want to go far!

Four litre biturbo AMG GT Roadster riot. We've got sound!

Extreme G-Class 3 litre diesel went out to play while the workers had their lunch break.

Today one of the more amazing road legal sports cars ever produced:

DeTomaso Pantera Series 1

I actually fit in here. A Miura is a bit more... frantic.

HiPo version of the 351 pumps out 330 or so horses. It's the torque obviously...

Super rare Intermeccanica Italia.

Four speed mated to a 351 Ford Cleveland.

Fantastic restauration with upgrades you'll need in modern traffic.

A Ferrari Daytona is stunning but the Intermeccanica Italia is not bad either!

Spoiler alert: this thing is a better drive than a C3 for sure!

Pre running a dawn raid route. Near mint 1988 G Modell is a very nice car to be in.

One of only '150' 912 Targa Soft Window cars left: 970 kg and 1.6 litre fourpot and in green! Lovely car.

A great run with the boys:

A Lancia you do not see every day: Delta Integrale Evo 2

1968 Porsche 912 Targa Softwindow and lowered 964 with 350k kms on the dials!

Period rivals: 1988 Porsche 911 3.2 SC G model and Renault Alpine A310.

Eighties heroes.

I drove the A310 for a good afternoon and it's the perfect road rallye weapon. Ride height approves high speed attack of any road possible as long as it is not off-road.

In contrast with the low 964 which needs tarmac and no obstacles.

Not the quickest but a beauty in its own right.

Classic G Modell lines where key for about 15 years.

This one is now sold and lives in Italy.

One of the more insane drives I ever had was with this 2003 SL 55 AMG tuned by the Danish Kleemann.

Power comes from a supercharged V8: 900 NM and 635 hp.

The rumble is absurd and I never touched more than 3500 rpm... Biblical acceleration.

A 55 is a nice cruiser with 385 hp. Kleemann added superpowers which boost performance to SLR levels.
