Passive aggressive sign near Bristol Airport

I’m sure I remember a news story on here about people dumping their cars and getting a taxi to the airport.

It’s nice of someone to point out the same risks.

“It’s” really bad parking laugh

I don't see very much wrong with that. Assuming there are no parking spaces big enough for the van, at least he's tucked it away in a corner where it's not obstructing anything.
I know but with the name on the side I saw some humour there.

But it’s a supermarket car park, not for van drivers to park up and take a nap in the cab.

A bit like the frozen sausages?
Ah yes, and I'll hammer some of 'em in all their lawns too, good call smile

I have parked near there (and remained sat in the car) while waiting to go to the pickup point to collect family returning to Bristol Airport (plane delayed).
I had a resident come out of a house and give me filthy looks because I was parked on their road. I wouldn't leave a car unattended there.

I wonder what sort of 'sad compo' face the resident will be pulling for the local press when they come out one morning to find their car covered in paint stripper, perhaps coincidently a few weeks after a car had mysteriously been damaged when parked outside their house and next to their warning sign.

This is on the road our dog groomers is on, so I make a point of parking and then walking off for 5 minutes so the dog has chance for a pee before he goes in. Always gets a couple of curtains twitching.

Less polite but parking here entirely blocks access and if you need a sign to tell you so...

Really hope someone sets up a camera to capture the owner of this when they come to pick it up (story put up on BBC an hour ago).

That happened to my sister once in Edinburgh, and isn't necessarily bad parking. In her case, she had been away on holiday and the warning signs only went up after she left. They didn't surface the road around her car though, instead used a parking enforcement truck to pick it up and move it round the corner.
Presumably Darlo council didn't have/couldn't afford one of those, or perhaps the hill was too steep to use one.
City of Sunderland council did this to my car about ten years ago for the same purpose.

I hadn't noticed it was moved until I drove past it in my van one afternoon, I only used the car occasionally.
The resurfaced road looks rough as fk, is that the quality nowadays?
I thought that, guess/hope they are going to give it a finishing layer?

Looks there was a car in the space when the Crurz abandoned his car in an overflowing Duthie Park car park, cars abandoned in the grass a usual, (means driving over a fairly high park as well), but the car obviously got out fortunately.

Just so selfish.
