Instruction for happy life:

1) Take broke ass car to dealer.

2) Say "Hey dealer, this broke ass car under warranty!"

3) Wait for dealer man to call your phone.

HTH. hehe
How do you know Jeff is Chinese?
I no know Jeff is Chinese. Me just handing out advice in style of Chinese proverb. Adds very good gravitas to instruction.
Proverb also say : Man who scratch bottom should not bite fingernails.

Surely that should be "one armed man who scratches arse should not bite finger nails"

Anyway, where's the snowflake gone ?

Maybe next time buy a hot hatch with a strong engine, like a Civic Type R or a Golf R.

Since a grand total of 3 Type R's have been sold, I think that's a bit difficult to confirm.

I do find it fascinating how some people can't seem to reel in their raging anger for a few minutes, to be able to write a punctuated and semi-detailed post, for us fellow strangers to give helpful advice to. Seriously though, we need the full wack of details for something like this to be worthwhile.

Thanks for the quick responses, it's under warranty as it's a 2016 plate but I don't have the warranty documentation.
So why don't Ford want to know? Surely it is just a warranty claim.
There is certainly more to this than meets the i.
There's a guy that i follow on Instagram, who bought either a brand new or nearly new Focus RS last year, from a main dealer. His engine let go and apparently had a nightmare experience with Ford, who threatened to charge him for the damage and basically blamed him for the whole incident.

Look mate it's sold as seen so sending the 'lads' round isn't going to achieve anything. There was fk all wrong with the car when i sold you it maybe if you hadn't red-lined it off my drive it wouldn't have blown??

Send one more text my way and i'll fking bury you.

P.S Thanks for the £30k you mug.
OMG please be real.
It is certainly real that people actually talk like Scotty and Jeff in real life... I have experienced bruvs being all up in my face....and making overt death threats that would subsequently undermine any defence they later relied on.
I blame the parents and the education system....

Are people going soft? not Scotty or Jeff that's for sure, they're dominating the st out of private second hand car sales.
