I would remove the indicators on the top of the wings and wire them into the lights on the bumper. Remove the bonnet handle and replace with a button. Remove and set fire to the bird decal. Remove goalpost bar and fit rollover hoop behind seat, bolt in some cage around the windscreen, fit scooby engine and whale tail spoiler, ta-da!

It appears to be a real car, but the only other pics of it I can find don't have the turbo-chicken image on the bonnet, so I think it's had some photoshop 'enhancement' in that first image.

There's a few things wrong with it, perspective-wise. In addition, whoever has done it appears to have 'chopped' a hardtop bug rather than starting with a picture of a real convertible. The windscreen surround is the wrong shape for a genuine Beetle drophead and there should be quarterlights. Still, it's creatively done and mostly convincing!

Orange ones are definitely the best. Definitely doesn't need the stupid 911 bodykit though.

I'm not sure that this is "badly modified" in as much as the sales blurb says that the design was done in collaboration with Mercedes Benz.

My mate had one of the first of these in the country and it came from the factory in Orange.

For some reason I plain forgot that orange was a factory colour on these, I just saw the orangeness and thought it had been resprayed to go with everything else that's happening on this car
There's even another orange one with the same bumper parked behind it FFS!
