I met him at a Securicor-sponsored event back in the 80s when he was driving a Toyota in the BTCC - his company car at the time was a Supra with the same plate. Seemed like a nice bloke to a star-struck teenage me.

For some reason I actually prefer 3 letter and 1 number combination plates to the shorter ones!

I also like stuff that just looks cool. Someone on here posted 777 VVV - I just like the way that looks.

Lots of this sort of thing where I live. Plates worth more than the cars they are on (often small EVs). South London.
