Hi there,
I’m new here, literally just joined.
Been looking on here for years but never joined up, I normally just join a forum for whatever make of car I’m running.
However ( and please don’t hate me for this) I wanted to add my name to the list to join you for the Cupra event on the 23rd at Milton Keynes and this was where I got pointed to.
I own a mk1 Leon Cupra R as my hobby car and have a very varied back catalogue of cars I’ve owned over the years.
Anyway, great to join up, thanks for having me and I’ll try and add myself to the list for the Cupra event now.
Cheers,
Nathan.

Greetings All and many thanks for letting me in to the club!
Have been messing about with cars and bikes for decades, and often end up here when researching things on the net. Today I thought “why not join”: only took 25 years to make the leap!
Looking forward to falling down some of your rabbit holes.
Lovely to be here and thanks again for letting me join.

Welcome all! You can start a Readers' Cars thread over here to start your journey on PH and tell us all about your cars

Hello and good afternoon to anyone reading this. Having known of PH for some time I decided I really ought to become a member myself.
I daily drive a 2010 Honda Civic FN2 Type R GT in Milano Red, and my weekend/project car is a 1987 Ford Capri 2.8i Special in Crystal blue metallic.
Both mostly stock, except for uprated brakes (it seems I have a theme of buying cars that don't stop as they should).
Anyway, here's a couple of snaps, hopefully some of you will approve!

Hi all, I’ve recently purchased a Golf MK7 1.6TDI which has 69K miles on it. I’ve had the vehicle for 6 to 7 weeks. Over the last few weeks all of a sudden the car started blowing cold air even when the vents were turned to high heat. The car is still under warranty and I have gave it back to whom I purchased the vehicle from. Now they’ve changed the water pump, thermostat sensors they’ve had it flushed and added fresh coolant. They’ve also changed the cabin filter. The car runs warm when stood still or at low speeds, however as soon as I put my foot down to pick up speed it starts blowing out cold air?? It’s really becoming a pain in the back side as I’m paying for a car which hasn’t even been drove for the duration which I’ve had it. Can anyone please help me or give me any advice. It would be much appreciated. Thank you.
Welcome to PH! Our Engine & Drivetrain forum is probably the best place to get some advice on this one https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/forum.asp?h=0&...Hello & thanks for the ad.
Im 43, work in an estate agents and am trying to upgrade my car
I have the use of a company "liveried" DS3 but want something that says "success" a bit more. Ideally a BMW or Audi.
I'd love an M3 or M2 but these are way out of my budget - whats the best way to make a 2 or 3 series look like an M?

Hello,
First time here.
Just wondered if anyone knew if a sports chrono clock (QR5) can be retro fitted on a Porsche Macan GTS ?
Welcome to PH! I'm sure someone will be able to help you in our Porsche General forum https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/forum.asp?h=0&...First time here.

Hello all, Happy New Year!
I'm Jerry, from Newcastle upon Tyne. Proud owner of Alfa Brera S Prodrive. Decided to join after I have read "ALFA 159 1750 TBI (208000 MILES)". What a story! Currently thinking to buy Alfa 159 SW, as Brera becoming a bit small for us (not selling lol). Had 147 and 159 sedan before Brera, so it's time to try estate now 😉.

Welcome to PH! You can buy that exact car right now in the PH classifieds

Greetings! I found my 2003 996 4S on Pistonheads a couple of years ago but only recently felt the urge to dive into forums. Mainly because two warning lights (ABS & PSM) which came on and off from January this year (after discs and pads were replaced) are now permanently on - although without any obvious effect on performance except that there is no feedback from the brake pedal if I try an emergency stop. Diagnostics in October didn’t find anything but now point to the ABS pressure sensor. Local mechanic is struggling to source one but thinks it might be the same as that used by AUDI/VW which he can probably source. Porsche haven’t been forthcoming & told him to replace the ABS unit which will cost a fortune if it’s a Porsche exclusive part from Bosch. Has anyone else had this problem? Thx in advance.
