I had driving lessons in a K11. It was a great white good and the Primera was excellent. I feel that their team up with Renault has been to our detriment, though I'm sure Qashqai sales beg to differ.

I prefer to think it's great to see people appreciating older cars, that are new to them, if not to me...

Behind a car in traffic yesterday thinking the rear looked like a kit car replica of a Panamera. Turns out to be a Kia Proceed estate… (pics don’t quite do it justice but if you see one you’ll know what I mean)

They market it as more of a shooting brake as there is also a regular ceed estate, as well as jacked up xceed. Actually think the Proceed is a very decent looking car.

Cars like that shouldn't be new to any car enthusiast, IMO.

I’m looking forward to Doofus, as a proper enthusiast, educating everyone about the cars of the early 1900s.

Indeed. I consider myself a pretty big car enthusiast, but I wasn't aware of it either.

Its the beauty of being a car fan and sites like PH, its all a bit of fun and everyday is a school day. Cars come in all shapes and sizes, from different countries and different eras, can't possibly know them all, even high profile ones can slip through the net from to time.

All car enthusiasts are new to it at some point though! Unless you came out of the womb with full global vehicular knowledge…scratchchin

I think it was more a case of not knowing about the K11 saloon, much like the booted Fiesta or Clio.

Scrolling Twitter, this came up about hatch based saloons. I'd seen the Clio, Corsa and Fiesta before, but I've never seen the 4 door K11 Micra https://twitter.com/Mo_Pedder_50cc/status/15555957...

I don't hate it. I knew there were K11 Micra convertible and estate (March Box) body styles before. I do think the K11 is a good looking thing as superminis go. Sat in one once to try it out, but the seat didn't quite slide back far enough for me.
Dear god that is abysmal.

There's a thread somewhere where someone trying to justify his mumsySUVblobbowagen asthetics on the basis saloons are "past it", and getting torn one, please don't let him see this!

Except for the stickers/wheels what is the difference?
