I've been taking a good look at these. LSD, decent boot, 5 doors, light weight and different to a golf/leon.
It's the lack of heated seats that I'm worried about. My family will fight over who gets to sit the heated seat at the moment.
The seals aren't an issue on the later models, the discs aren't cheap but they last to around 40k
