Yep, looked as if the Porsche driver had lost it before coming into view. Be interesting to see where exactly that happened.
Lead up to Schwedenkreuz, well known as one of the trickiest parts of the track. Extremely fast entry, some gradient in the braking zone, narrow, and you MUST have the car settled and under power when you turn in otherwise more often than not you're having a painful & expensive off. Looks like the Porsche dropped a wheel on the grass before it reached the Caterham - which was very lucky for the 7. If you're going to make a mistake on the ring, do it anywhere but there....
Thanks for that.

0.29 is something special

ETA having watched a few more clips in this vid, discretion advised - there are a few hefty crashes in this one.

Paul J is a no bones about it, harassing little underpowered stbox hatchbacks but Rebecca had a barge out in front of her rather than giving way.

fking idiot! Slow down! Despite having comfortably stopped to avoid your feral children.

I had a similar experience the other day. Rounding a corner in town to turn left. Man in wheelchair halfway across road. Gently stopped a good 20ft from him and patiently waited only to receive a withering death stare from wife. Because clearly I was SPEEDING.

Some pedestrians have no concept of speed, similar to some drivers, that bloke in the clip did look like he was making haste, no excuse for the kids though.

Sooner or later it is going to go wrong. I might watch, but I would stand very far away, on a bank or behind something very solid.

The driver's or the people?

That's got Police camera written all over it now. Before it was just idiots killing cars but this is quite different, some of the those kids were way too close.

Wouldn’t be surprised if they stick a couple of jersey barriers at either side of the ford and close the road tbh; it’s been on the cards for a while.

It’s just people enough to stand and watch cars go through standing water, 4 x 4 response types and tts at risk though.

Can’t we just label it as natural selection?

There will be the traditional outcry from the grieving parents who let Jonny stand adjacent to 2 tonne vehicles with idiots driving them, evidence of which has been on the internet for months, indeed years. I look forward to the campaign for Jonny's Law.

Of course people shouldn't dick around in cars like that, of course they are adults, but to be clear, it will also be their parents' fault when the inevitable happens, likely to kids who don't know better frown

I much prefer officers in the real world rather than the alternative of watching footage and sending fines later, but in this case it seems like that would be a great option - send every single one of those knobheads a DWDCA and 6 points.

Then get a couple of speed-bumps put in either side of the ford as it levels out.
