I wonder what it takes to get charged with dangerous driving these days - a couple of those were well beyond DDC!

Presumably the DWDCAA is offered as a lesser charge to avoid clogging up the courts if they plead guilty.
Am I the only one that thought the BMW penalty was a bit OTT, while the HGV, the flatbed and the road-racer penalties were a little light? (and the Audi Qx overtaking past double-whites on an unsighted corner, to be fair)

Sweaty palms watching this one...
Weapons grade bellendery, and I'm sure it was nothing more than pure luck combined with the vans relatively basic traction control that stopped a catastrophic accident.
That sort of behaviour is for the Nurburgring only. Weapons grade bellendery, and I'm sure it was nothing more than pure luck combined with the vans relatively basic traction control that stopped a catastrophic accident.

I just can't understand why anyone thinks that's acceptable on a public road.

Lucky he didn’t take any of those bikers out was a couple of close encounters, took way to many risks, surprised the brakes lasted that long tbf. Bet the Audi was miffed he couldn’t out pace a van though
Anyone know what road it was looks rather nice?
I got the impression they tried to leave the van behind, then realised it was driven by a lunatic / drugged up crazy person and at 5.20 decided 'please go past before you kill me, or someone else and I'm up for racing on the highway and death by dangerous driving/joint venture' or whatever exactly it is.
Anyone know what road it was looks rather nice?

It's the 701 near Moffat. According to comments on his other social media, he was driving fast because he was late for prayer.
Anyone know what road it was looks rather nice?

irst of all she is gorgeous and has an extremely cute accent (I could listen to her talk all day), but with the video evidence she already has surely the Police should be her first point of contact.

I thought I recognised it, I used to come back from
Edinburgh in the truck down the 701 instead of the 702 as it was deserted.

Beauty but no brain, it seems:"[Chantelle] Baker, the daughter of former New Conservatives leader Leighton Baker, is one of the public faces of the anti-vaccine and conspiracy movement in New Zealand. In 2022 Baker’s Facebook page was deactivated by Meta, for posting “harmful misinformation”."
"She suggested, incorrectly, that Antifa was behind the fires and violence on March 3, 2022 when the protest was broken up. She also posted in support of Russia’s war in Ukraine and continued to share information in conflict with public health advice."

It's an interesting approach to steering a car.
Looks like he's specced the elbow delete option as well, niceI just dont get it the way some drivers think they are in proper control of a vehicle with arms straight while holding the steering wheel.
They probably have the backrest reclined as well and think they look really cool, but the reality is they look awkward and clumsy.
This might touch a nerve with some and they will feel the need to defend this type of driving position.

That's just horrendous. As an aside, it always seems a bit inappropriate to me when the media use heavily processed/faked photos of victims. That article is a case in point. First picture of victim could be anyone. The second, in her uniform, is actually her and has far more impact.
