How is that different from any high value car? Are all the ones advertised with actual prices fixed price? No. You call and you negotiate.

As others have pointed out, it's deeply silly. Other far more valuable assets are advertised with actual prices. The POA thing on cars is just yet another naff marketing practice designed to add to the impression of exclusivity for a certain demographic.
