That is not what they say it is.

That had a bonnet bulge.

This doesn't so isn't.

Hmmm...messing with our minds Cardle is...I almost tried the 'right' wrong answer after it rejected the bleeding-obvious-from-first-crop response...

This to fit a 6 cylinder engine.

Well no surprises Cardle got it wrong, the Wikimedia details list is as an MG C, despite not having the bonnet bulge that was needed to fit the engine.

So yeah, moral one, actual fail

No bonnet hump.

Failed but it was never called that and it is not correct as no bonnet bulge

MG MGB or MG MGC why the space MG C is wrong

The snag with Cardle is that they put whatever the idiot posting the picture calls it. Like the Ford Firenza we had a while back. I would guess that the majority of Ford GT40 photos posted these days are replicas.

I don't think I'll bother today. Clearly another "misnomer", and an earlier contributor has revealed Cardle's wrong answer. Digging into the Wikimedia file there is evidence that one of our number may have edited it.

Cardle is almost two quizzes in one:
1) Guess what the car is.
2) Guess what answer Cardle wants.

It's odd because the wiki description is correct, only the title is wrong.

Maybe it was edited by the same person who added the comment I posted confused

Image link broken for me today.

But I bet it would have been another British classic.

For those who don't read the Spoiler protected texts, please note that these cars are NOT an MG B or an MG C, the correct make and model names are MG MGB, & MG MGC.

Now, is Cardle going to give our younger members a better chance tomorrow? .......
