Hate the advert... Like the car (Would love if was petrol or hybrid)....
Really like the logo too.... Just needs the leaping Cat to go with... For that Grrrr factor....
Could have just tailored the cat for the key market? Really like the logo too.... Just needs the leaping Cat to go with... For that Grrrr factor....

Today it's mostly electric cars, and mostly Chinese brands (with a few Teslas and BMWs), all the way up to $100,000+.
Will be tough to crack that, especially in another 2 years at the pace the Chinese brands are moving - although the market is big enough that a few thousand should find their way...

What new estate car do Jaguar make?
They don't. When you're replacing a 20 year old MG estate then anything more recent is 'new'. Perhaps I should've put 'newer'. Either way, I don't fit the demographic, haven't the money or the inability to see or feel that childish design. Why is it ground breaking when it's a badly drawn coupe? Electric supercars with phenomenal price tags should break new ground. A development of three box design is not new ground. What we're really getting upset about here is stylisation and demographics. The car design is crass in my opinion.
Come on Jaguar, re-brand and reposition yourself in the market by all means , but do it with fresh design ideas!

I just got back from China...the tangible pride that "Chinese electric cars lead the world" should not be underestimated. 10 years ago Shanghai streets were mostly full of VWs & Buicks based on 80s and 90s western platforms.
