Stuff like that does make you wonder how many races you've lost in the past, and what you were racing against when you lost... 
We've probably all lost multiple races to 1 litre Fiestas, Polos, Corsas etc.

Besides the interesting fuelling arrangements, the sticker along the bottom suggests he worked for the council in Johor (in Malaysia, just across the causeway from Singapore) but has now retired. Lor. (My Bahasa is crap though, so if someone knows better do say)
