All because of one faulty camera which incorrectly snapped a car doing 89mph.

Wonder if it was a DeLorean - they can only do 88 right?!
Still, fair play to prosecutor Steven Bilodeau for allowing the refund - 140,000 refunded tickets is going to cost £8 million. The fact all tickets are allegedly looked at by workers before they are sent out makes it all the more extraordinary.
Imagine that happening in the UK - tbh, the way things are going I wouldn't be surprised it the government starting hiking up the cost of fines now as part the "we're in this together" b@lls...
