Samsung and Now TV

I have just bought a new Samsung TV on the justification to the wife that we can watch the new Game of Thrones on NowTV. Unfortunately, my plan is rather scuppered by an annoying error meaning I can't get the app to download. The error says Unable to connect to the Samsung server. Please try again later (AS415).
I've been on google and found a few suggestions, like changing DNS settings which I have tried but no luck so far. I've ensured the firmware is up to date, I've accepted the T&Cs, my device is registered to my Samsung account etc.
Has anyone else had similar issues?
On the plus side, it does mean I can get rid of things like my Amazon fireHD box and generally tidy up. The picture quality is a bit better than my old Sony as well!
