Yep both steel braked cars too one is 2017 reg with marmite Miami internal trim in fact the other GTS comfort has just been increased £2k to £146500 which reflects the obvious huge demand for and short supply of these cars even with these specs.
The comfort spec cars have done much better than with gen 1 because relatively few were bought .
When there were 20+ Cars for sale there was only ever 1 or 2 comfort specs in there.
Good point F.

Couple of Yorkshire specialists had red comfort PDKs last Autumn? which sold quickly mid £140ks.

Edit: just noticed that April 2018 PDK GT Silver comfort has had 5 owners lol. eek

I was looking for a good spec manual gt3, they seem 15k up on this time last year. Im buying on pop and thanks to the ballon not changing the price difference between a gt3 and new Lambo huracan eco red is fairly insignificant. So I ordered the new Lambo, couldn't order a new gt3! Hopefully prices will soften next year and I can pick a manual gt3 up then!

Only 1 manual in the OPC network. 4 PDKs.

2017 early run steel braked car too with average spec.

A new peak at £27500 premium over new list ££.

For those that are interested, a small update on 991.2 GT3 values. (I know, much MUCH less important than actually enjoying and driving).

I sold my .2 GT3 last week. Guards, manual, cs, steels. Bought with 5800 miles for 128k in March this year.

Sold to Mid Sussex for 133k with ca. 11300 miles. They sold it after two days - was up for 147,500. No idea how much it sold for, but they obviously don't discount much.

Obviously the whole used market is nuts, but this is just as a point of reference.

Also, it was on with a specialist for over a month at just under £143k - with a recent major service and > 2 years Porsche warranty. Interesting contrast.

Selling through an OPC much easier, at least in this case.

I sold my 991.2 C2S last week as values were strong, and have just put down a deposit on a gen-2 manual GT3. I know i'm buying at the top but life is too short. That engine is worth every penny as far as i'm concerned.
Can't wait !!

What's everyones thoughts on their potential values over the next 1-3 years?

Porsche offering a GFV of c.£70k after 3.5Y from about £140k today.

Typically conservative and best effort to extract as much money from you as possible, as soon as possible.
Overall a balance of risk though.

Porsches GFVs on GT cars has always been broadly meaningless.

Values and residuals of 991.1 GT3s 981 GT4s and Spyders confirms this.

991.2 GT3 obviously seen by many as the pre gpf sweetspot with same engine and relative performance as the 992 and values of proper spec cars will consequently hold up accordingly reflecting this.

My thoughts are that they don’t need to take any risk on GFV to sell GT Porsche’s so they will only do so where they know there’s no risk for them.
