Hi,

I have a manual 997 Carrera GTS Coupe with PASM (-10mm). I would like to lower it slightly to the level of Sport PASM (-20mm). I checked with two different OPCs, but apparently it is not possible to do this conversion.

Alternative would be to put on HR springs, which would lower the car an additional 20mm at the front and 25mm at the back. It is not my preferred option, because these are not original Porsche parts, but this would be the only way.

I don't like the fact that this will invalidate my Porsche Approved Warranty, which I have until January 2022, but I could live with that. The car has been fully trouble-free since I got it 18 months ago (drove 17000km, the car has now 45000km).

However, I am worried that lowering with an additional 20/25mm would put more stress on suspension components (and may be other things?) due to a different weight distribution.

Anyone who has experience with this and could provide some feedback?

Thanks.
