I am having some stronger custom driveshafts made for a Hillclimb/Sprint Boxster which uses 5 speed box and 2.5 driveshafts. I am looking for preferably new GKN CV joints. I have googled many ways but not getting any relevant results. I can see Design911 list OE inner CV's but I cannot find any non-spurious outer ones. Does anyone know a supplier?

I don't have any answers for you but I am interested in what you find out. I have been racing a 2004 986 3.2S Boxster this year in CSCC and have all sorts of problems with drive shafts, cv joints and cv joint rubber boots.

AFAIK the shafts on the 3.2 box run at more of an angle than the 2.5 so CV's are more vulnerable to failure.

I'd try the US racers forums.. (Maybe also Hartech?)
