Ummmm....... really? where?
Porsche GT cars Nurburgring laptimes :Porsche 991.2 911 GT2 RS MR: 6:38.835
Porsche 992 911 GT3 RS: 6:44.848
Porsche 991 911 GT2 RS Weissach: 6:47.3
Porsche 992 911 GT3: 6:55.34
Porsche 991.2 911 GT3 RS Weissach: 6:56.4
Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS: 7:04.511
So 991.2 GT3RS still faster
Evo Leaderboard.
Anglesey Track
GT4RS 1.12.4
992 GT3 1.12.8
Oulton Park
GT4RS 1.49.5
992 GT3 1.49.8
991 GT3RS 1.50.1
UK tracks are totally different to the ring where they are doing 150mph around most corners and downforces comes into effect.
I don't live in Germany so as far as UK buyers are concerned I am pretty sure a GT4RS will be faster around Cadwell Park than a 991.2GT3RS.
So both cars are a good track day car at a similar price point.
Personal choice I would prefer the GT4RS.

So even when it’s faster somewhere else that doesn’t matter?
At least when you’re lapping the ring in under 7mins, elbow hanging out the rolled down window, you’ll know you made the right choice in the gt3.
yeah thats why I bought a Callaway Driver as Jon Rahm covers around 300 yards with it, unfortunately with my talent im 80 yards short ever time and that's when it goes in the right direction. At least when you’re lapping the ring in under 7mins, elbow hanging out the rolled down window, you’ll know you made the right choice in the gt3.

Im pretty sure that most people who have bought a 4RS would struggle to get the times Steve post's so reverting to the Top Trumps cards for each circuit is immaterial. If you are lucky enough to own any of them drive them who cares

Just get the car you want immaterial of you skills and enjoy it, most using the times don’t even own the cars in question
I had my 4RS harnesses fitted today by my OPC. I am a bit disappointed. The carpet on the rear bulkhead behind the seats has been butchered and it looks like a really amateur job. I can't believe that Porsche intended it to be done in this way.
I haven't seen any other comments and I wonder if mine hasn't ben done correctly or whether others haven't had them fitted.
Any other comments?

Mine on my GT4 are like yours, not exactly "factory" looking. Same for those for the lap belts between the seat and central tunnel.I haven't seen any other comments and I wonder if mine hasn't ben done correctly or whether others haven't had them fitted.
Any other comments?

I dont have an RS (sadly) but my 981 GT4 is a clubsport and the slits in the carpet to allow access to the firewall harness mounts are neat and tidy. Almost as if they were prefitted.
Good to hear it can be done more professionally. I guess either yourself, a previous owner or the OPC took their time and did it properly.TDT's look better than mine although I still think Porsche should have provided a neater solution than this. The good thing is that none of my carpet has been removed so I could still trim them back around the brackets. If I did it neatly, I am wondering if I could get a couple of plastic covers 3D printed to sit around the edges, covering the cut edge and the white foam.
I will send pictures of my poor installation when I am with the car next.
