Quick question out of curiosity for the more informed posters in here than me
Am i right in thinking the MY21 GT4 base new cost was about £76.5k plus £1990 OTR cost
Best guess this model has about £8k of additional spec
2021/2022 models prices look to have plateaued over the past 2 years within the usual +/- 5%
For sale price vs new price looks very strong for a 4 year old model imo
Price is not the discussion for me it’s the % depreciation over the longer term ownership accepting the servicing & warranty costs are what they are
Value for money across the long term ownership and the pure fun they are look good value imo

You need to trim the OPC’s juicy margin off their asking prices to ascertain what a private punters whip might be worth. Am i right in thinking the MY21 GT4 base new cost was about £76.5k plus £1990 OTR cost

Anyone know if you change wheel colour to a standard Porsche colour ie from silver to black would it affect the opc warranty?
I suppose only if you had told them or would it just be the wheels not covered?
Could do depends how arsey your OPC is although there have been cases of cars failing the warranty renewal if e.g. non oem wiper blades/rad grill protectors/lots of other trivia you can think of.I suppose only if you had told them or would it just be the wheels not covered?

^^^ unsurprisingly sold in 2 day at full asking.
But but but .....the markets dead and prices are tanking fast according to the expert on here.
I was not going to bother answering you but since you are behaving like your usual tw@ self and making it up as you go along! How do you know it’s sold, and why would anyone buy that at that price when you can have this newer CS manual for a few K more! But but but .....the markets dead and prices are tanking fast according to the expert on here.

No one has ever said the markets tanking etc. Falling prices were mentioned 18 months ago when peeps were still offering low miles Gt4 at ridiculous money over £100k+. And if you read carefully I said the market would settle to the £70/80k mark which has with a few chancers offering cars for £90k plus and now we have cars in the £60s too. Anyone looking to buy a nice 718 Gt4 need only spend low £80s at a dealers for a low mileage late build bucket seat car or even £70s for a private sale

Well its a bit of a coincidence it disappeared so quickly suggesting there is a strong possibility it sold otherwise why else would it have been removed ok it might not have sold but unlikely especially bearing in mind there are no OPC manual GT4s left and that was the only one in the whole network.
Interesting to note demand for even comfort GT4s...previously quite hard to shift....has increased
substantially reflected in higher trade bids ££.
Re the Shark blue car was that even listed last week also maybe someone doesn't like SB or gold wheels or CS who knows.

The bottom line is there are very few high spec, low mileage models left
What’s for sure is decent examples will maintain rare and top end price. Simple fact is non have been produced for 2 years

You keep saying this but it is 9 years now since the last 981gt4 was built and where are the prices on a low miles CS ? Some would say this is a more sort after model Gt4 , more raw , rarer plus no Gpf who knows but my money long term would be on the 981! But at present the 718 gt4 represents great value as long as it’s used as there is no value in a low miles unused garage queen!

We obviously both agree on one thing and that is they are tremendous value and a lot of car for your money
I collect art and it’s a similar story, the best examples become more rare each year
