Maybe they now realise that it's a buyers market. Mugs.
You appear to have taken it personally. It’s a game. https://finder.porsche.com/gb/en-GB/details/porsch...

This is the way I see it.
A man walks into a car showroom and says to the salesman, ‘I’d like to order a new GT4 RS. I’m not going to haggle for a discount, it’s the car I’ve worked my butt off to afford, I just want it, and I’m ready to pay full retail price.’
The salesman replies, ‘Sorry, sir, you’re not worthy enough for me to sell you that car, unless you also buy another, massively overpriced car that you don’t even want.’
Or even worse, he says, ‘Sorry, sir, you’re not a good enough customer for my dealership to even consider selling you that car.’
The man walks out, thinking, ‘What a disappointing company to try and buy something from, especially when they openly advertised it for sale on the Porsche UK website.’
He then keeps an eye on the Porsche UK website and notices that the same dealership has a brand-new, unregistered GT4 RS in stock for sale!
So, who’s the real mug?
The man who worked his butt off to buy a brand-new GT4 RS, built to his own spec, at full retail price? Or the dealership that now has an unallocated GT4 RS sitting in stock, costing them money taking up showroom space, and one they’ll most likely have to sell at a discount?
I’d say GRD description of Mug is fair.
They offered £115k for it.
It was a short conversation.

I assume he will be keeping the spyder or having a go at selling it privately?
Imagine making an after to a opc at £120k for a GT4RS Spyder Weissach with only 47 miles, I’m sure they would tell you Foxtrot Oscar.

I think this is the Cambridge car that we’ve seen change hands a few times now.
£125k is great value and reasonable with a bit of mileage on.
We’ll probably see a few more like this come up soon I expect.
Agree more may come up soon. £125k is great value and reasonable with a bit of mileage on.

Looks a very high spec, lower price useable car.
Be shocked if it hangs around long.
Bit of a thread resurrection. I see the cheapest 4RS OPC car is now down to £121K (high miles, 3 owner) and as of yesterday unusually there were three Shark blue non WP cars for sale at the same time two second hand and one new one. I (wrongly) thought the 4RS market might have picked up a little now track day season is here, conversely the SRS market seems to be more buoyant now the sun has made an appearance.

Currently 9 brand new unregistered/ unallocated gt4rs cars available for uk Porsche dealers. Thea bun fight for a new order 718 gt4rs allocation seems to be over. Despite what the opc still tell you!
I do wonder were any new car will be with the tax hike to swallow also. Must be deals to get these off the OPC's hands.39 on AT this morning, which is the highest I've seen in a year and getting into spring/good weather doesn't look good to me for the OPC.
