When you look at photos of the originals it highlights what a shame it is that marques reuse names on cars that are nothing like the original in any way, shape or form.
You wouldn't have thought coming up with something new would be that hard...
....or better still designing a car that was a proper successor

Couldn't agree more.... The Ghibli SS is a beautiful car, even the 90's Ghibli in cup form has appeal but while the Ghibli Diesel is certainly not a bad car, how any manufacturer can justify diluting the legacy of such great names is beyond me.You wouldn't have thought coming up with something new would be that hard...

As far as I'm concerned it's for anyone to post any classic Maseratis they like! I took a photo of a red Khamsin at Stoneleigh a few years ago, I'll see if I can find it.

They are well built. While purchasing an inexpensive derelict Bora isn't for the faint of heart, given time it is not unreasonable to restore to roadworthy condition. It was built by hand, and it can be restored by hand. In my opinion, the biggest advantage is the engine - the cost of rebuilding a Maserati V8 is an order of magnitude less than any engine in Ferrucio and Enzo's cars. ..here I am starting brake and wheel maintenance, lubrication, flushing and bleeding. Compare the small size of the brake rotors with the size installed on most any passenger car today. The Citroen pressurized brake system is reliable and works very well.
